We get it. Sometimes you buy a card in a moment of enthusiasm and later think,
“Why… why did I do this?”
No worries. You can return your order within 14 days. That’s the official window for admitting you changed your mind.
A little note for the personalization fans:
If you ordered a card with your name, photo, love confession or any other custom masterpiece, it can’t be returned. Not because we’re mean, but because no one else wants a card that says “To Mark, from Petra (but actually… never mind)”.
For everything else:
The card has to be unused. So don’t start writing your heartfelt message and then decide to send it back. Keep it fresh, clean and free of emotional scribbles.
