Returns Policy
We're not being difficult. But we are being clear.
You have 14 days to return your order. No explanation. No judgment.
When are returns not possible?
Custom-made cards. Cards with names, photos, or personal messages stay with you.
Not because we're unreasonable, but because they're not meant for anyone else.
For all other cards:
unused - clean - neat
To doubt along the way is human. A half-written card is unfortunately not returnable.
In short:
14-day cooling-off period. Customization remains. We remain business as usual.
