TERMS AND CONDITIONS – IMAIGZ

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with IMAIGZ, a sole proprietorship based in

the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Details

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all products offered on the website. Currently, this includes greeting cards, but

future products will also fall under these terms.

3. The Offer

Products are displayed as clearly as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Personalized products are clearly marked.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. In the event of a pricing error,

IMAIGZ reserves the right to correct it.

5. Orders and Payment

Payments can be made via iDEAL, PayPal, and Credit Card. Orders are processed once payment

has been successfully completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via PostNL as a letterbox package or small parcel. Estimated delivery time is

1–5 working days within the Netherlands.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day of receipt. Personalized products

cannot be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is

damaged or incorrect.

8. Warranty

If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact contact@imaigz.com within 48 hours for a

suitable solution.

9. Liability

IMAIGZ is not responsible for delays or damage caused by PostNL or other external parties.

Incorrect address information provided by the customer is also their responsibility.

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, delivery may be delayed or the order may be cancelled. Customers will be

informed promptly.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for processing orders and will not be sold or shared with unrelated third

parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

IMAIGZ may amend these terms. The version valid at the time of order placement applies.

Complaints can be sent to contact@imaigz.com. IMAIGZ aims to resolve issues professionally and

fairly.
